Hi family,Last week I mentioned a woman who went to church with her two small sons and absolutely loved it. We called her on Wednesday to try and meet with her and she invited us over right then. However, when we got there, she was packing all of her things. They didn´t have enough money to pay the rent the next month so they had to go to Antofagasta to reunite with her hsband (here many families live apart for a few months to a year because of work. She was planning on living for a year here in Arica with only her sons becase of school but only made it a month without her husband.) So we helped her get all her things packed and that night she left to go to Antofagasta. I gave her info to the office but I think nothing really happened. I have had investigators move out of my sector before and it´s hard because they almost always get lost in the change. However, Yadira´s husband called us sunday morning and told us that they were looking for a church and hadn´t been able to find a single one. I called half the mission office until somebody wouuld answer me and I told them to call her asap and help her get to a church. That night the assistant called and told me that she and her mom were able to go to church and is now being taught by the assistants to the president. I am really excited to see how she progresses from up here!Jacquelin is doing great. Her big interview is this week so we´re all praying that she will be strong and that she will be ready to be baptized this month. She fasted on Sunday for a special cause and we are really proud of her.Elmer (the dad of Jacqui´s kids) is also doing great and put his own baptisimal date for the 17th. He works long hours so we´re having a hard time coordinating schedles to be able to visit him, but he is the best compromise keeper in the whole world and always reads from the Book of Mormon.Sunday was amazing as far as missionary work goes because we had 100% of the converts assist. This mission has really strggled with retention but this year has been an awesome year as far as working with new members in Arica Centro. Rafael blessed the sacrament, René passed it, Freddy got the priesthood, Daniela and Berenice rocked it with their callings in the primary and RS and Melita gave a prayer in every class. Another man who got baptized last week was also in Ward Council, but I´m not 100% why. Haha. It was an awesome moment for all of us missionaries and our ward mission leader. I have never been in a sector as long as this one, and I feel incredibly blessed to be here because of the strong emphasis in missionary work. There´s still a long way to go, but because of the support of the members, the ward is growing. Speaking of the new members, Daniela taught zumba to the women of the Relief Society and we received permission to go. It was really funny becase Daniela was hollaring as she taught s a little bit of kick boxing. I´ll send some pictures that Melita was nice enough to take. I feel great. I still have a lot of energy and am loving the work. I also found out that on the 16th we will be going to IQUIQUE for a special conference. I am so excited to be able to go back to my birthplace just two days before I finish my mission. God sure loves me a lot. I love you all! Hermana Catron
